The #1 thing I brought back from the app conference - 'This is your story'

The number one thing that I took back with me from the Association of Professional Piercers (APP) conference this last June was something from fellow piercer Jaymes Lombardi's speech 'this is your story'. Not as in my story as a piercer or our story as a tattoo/piercing studio; but your story. The clients story.

From the second you walk in our door, we are part of your personal story. We want to be a highlight of that story. We want you to think back to that part of your story that includes us and feel warm and happy and welcome. If you were having a bad day, we want to be some kind of warmth on that bad day. If you were having a great day, we want to be contributors to that amazing day.

At the end of the day, we are here for you and we are here BECAUSE of you. We are lucky enough and privileged to be part of your story. This is something we will never take for granted.

So, with all the education from talking with piercing peers and day after day of classes- the number one thing that stood out for me was you. YOUR story.

Without our amazing clients, there is no Red at Night Studios. We owe so much to you and it is something we will never take for granted. Thank YOU for letting us be a part of YOUR STORY.
